With every step, from fermentation to drying, meticulous care brings out the natural sweetness and balanced complexity that define this one-of-a-kind coffee.

The process begins with anaerobic pre-fermentation of whole cherries, followed by 36 hours of fermentation with intact mucilage, enhancing the coffee’s body and flavor. Once fermentation is complete, the beans are dried under the sun and stabilized, resulting in a harmonious and vibrant cup.

This coffee is a labor of love, celebrating the tradition and innovation of Colombian coffee.
