Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship using:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- UPS Ground
Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and efficiency. We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS.
Shipping Rates
- Free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $49
- Orders under $49 will have shipping calculated at checkout
Delivery Timing
Most orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, transit times are outside of our control. If an issue arises, we’re happy to assist in working with the carrier.
Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
