If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate. Including a photo of the item and packaging helps us resolve things quickly.

Standard Return Policy

Most unused, unopened items may be returned within 30-days of the original invoice date, provided they are in original packaging and condition.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items returned used, without original packaging, or missing accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food and beverage items (including packaged coffee and tea)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened fragrance items (perfume or cologne)
  • Final Sale items

Exception:
If any non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
