Makes a good pour over
So far I've been pleased with the quality and flavor of my pour overs with the Hario metal dripper vs. my Hario V60 with Hario paper filters. My goal was to get away from using the paper filters. To reproduce the flavor of my paper filter coffees, I needed to back off on my grind size: Eureka grinder about 4 clicks back....bigger grind. I increased beans from 10g to 12g, and water from 190g to 210g. It is early days, and I'll learn more tricks, for sure. The filter is easy to maintain so far. Coffee Pour Life was easy to order from and sent the filter to me pronto!
