Gigesa hails from the Danbi Uddo Kebele in Ethiopia’s renowned Guji Zone, where over 500 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at altitudes exceeding 1,800 meters. The cherries are meticulously processed at the Gigesa washing station, owned by the Yonis family, and certified for NOP and EU Organic standards.

The journey of Gigesa coffee involves careful sorting, traditional de-pulping, and controlled fermentation to bring out its full potential. The result is a coffee experience that exemplifies the care and craftsmanship of sustainable Ethiopian coffee production.
