  1. Place a V60 paper filter inside the glass dripper.
  2. Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
  3. Add freshly ground coffee to the filter.
  4. Place the dripper on top of the server.
  5. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee grounds, beginning with a small bloom pour.
  6. Continue pouring in slow, controlled circles until the desired volume is reached.
  7. Allow the coffee to finish dripping into the server.
  8. Remove the dripper and serve.
