  1. Place a V60 02 paper filter into the dripper.
  2. Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
  3. Add freshly ground coffee to the filter.
  4. Position the dripper over a server or mug.
  5. Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds and allow them to bloom for 30–45 seconds.
  6. Continue pouring slowly in controlled circles until the desired brew volume is reached.
  7. Allow the coffee to finish dripping completely.
    Remove the dripper, discard the filter, and serve.
