How to Use the Pour-Over Coffee Maker (Quick Steps)

1. Boil water
   Heat 6 oz of water per cup (just off boil). Use a gooseneck kettle for best results.
   
2. Add filter & coffee
   Place the stainless steel filter in the carafe. Add medium-ground coffee (about 1 tablespoon per 6 oz).
   
3. Bloom the coffee
   Pour just enough hot water to wet the grounds. Let sit 15–30 seconds.
   
4. Pour slowly
   In a steady circular motion, pour the remaining hot water over the grounds.
   
5. Let it drip
   Allow coffee to fully drip through the filter.
   
6. Remove filter & serve
   Carefully remove the filter, pour, and enjoy.
