1. Add water Unscrew the upper chamber and remove the filter funnel. Fill the lower chamber with fresh, cold water to just below the safety valve. Do not fill past the valve.

2. Add coffee Fill the filter funnel with freshly ground espresso coffee. Return the funnel to the lower chamber, then screw the upper chamber securely into place.

3. Brew Place the MILANO STONE on the stovetop over low to medium heat. When coffee begins bubbling through the filter funnel into the upper chamber, reduce the heat.

4. Listen for the finish When the gurgling sound stops, the coffee is ready.

5. Serve Remove the moka pot from the stovetop and pour. Enjoy the coffee as a strong, concentrated cup or use it as the base for a cappuccino, latte, or other espresso-style drink.
