Aerolatte Ceramic Coffee Filter Cone – Size No.2

1. Place the filter cone on top of a mug or carafe.
2. Insert a No.2 paper filter or reusable filter.
3. Rinse the filter with hot water to warm the cone and remove paper taste.
4. Add medium-ground coffee to the filter.
5. Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds and allow them to bloom for 15–30 seconds.
6. Continue pouring hot water slowly in a steady circular motion.
7. Allow the coffee to finish dripping, then remove the cone and discard the grounds.
8. Serve and enjoy immediately.
