Brewing with Your ESPRO P0

1. Measure your coffee. Add freshly ground coffee to the press, using the suggested measurements below as a starting point.
2. Prepare the filters. Twist the two micro-filters together until securely locked. For additional filtration, place an optional ESPRO paper filter between them.
3. Add hot water. Heat water to approximately 195–205°F (90–96°C). Fill the press to the interior maximum fill line and stir gently to saturate the grounds.
4. Allow to steep. Position the lower lid and filter assembly on the press without plunging. Allow the coffee to steep for up to 4 minutes.
5. Press slowly. Lower the plunger over approximately 15 seconds until it reaches the bottom. Some resistance is normal due to the filter's sealing design.
6. Secure and enjoy. Attach the travel cap and ensure the lid is securely locked before transporting. Open the drinking cap when ready to enjoy your coffee.

Suggested Coffee Measurements

• Dark roast – 4 tbsp (19 g), approximately 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio
• Medium roast – 5 tbsp (23 g), approximately 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio
• Light roast – 6 tbsp (29 g), approximately 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio
