  1. Add Coffee – Place 80g of medium-fine ground, fully roasted coffee into the strainer.
  2. Insert Strainer – Set the strainer into the glass pot, aligning the “mark” with the spout.
  3. Add Water – Slowly pour cold water to wet the grounds, filling to halfway up the handle’s band. Stir lightly to combine.
  4. Brew in Fridge – Put on the lid and refrigerate for about 8 hours.
  5. Serve & Store – Remove the strainer and enjoy. Cold brew keeps fresh in the fridge for 2–3 days.
